Shipping Policy
Avemar is delivered via DHL express parcel service. The package needs to be received by person. Average shipping transit times may vary from 1-4 days. To ensure that efficacy of the package is not effected during travel, we do not send packages on Fridays.

No need to call Customer Service when DHL can offer you real-time details of your shipment’s progress as it speeds through the DHL Network on the way to its destination. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your shipment has been picked up. Return and Refund policy
You have the legal right to return your order within the reasonable time of 7 days. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, though any information offered will help improve our service. You must send the product back to our contact address at your own cost. Biropharma UK Ltd will refund your money within 15 days. Returns are only accepted in their original, unopened, delivered condition.
