Avemar is an all natural, clinically proven, food supplement made from fermented wheat germ extract. Avemar has been the subject of over 100 scientific studies, over 30 PubMed peer-reviewed studies, including of which has been in the British Journal of Cancer. These studies supported Avemar's efficacy in supporting, promoting, and maintaining health in cancer patients as a complementary, oncological therapy. In over 13 years of studies, Avemar has been scientifically supported for its safety and efficacy. In some European countries, Avemar is indicated as a "dietary supplement for special medical purposes,"; this classification is given by the respected National authorities.
In wheat grain, the kernel consists of three parts, the endosperm, the bran and the germ. The endosperm is that material that is the source of energy for new wheat plants when the seed is planted, making up 83% of the kernal. The bran consists of thin layers of wheat kernel and contains some nutrients, minerals and fiber. The germ makes up only 2-3% of the wheat kernel, and is by far the most nutritious part of the wheat grain kernel, being rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins and healthy fats.
In order to extract the high energy germ, a patented, spray drying fermentation manufacturing process is used. All manufacturing processes take place within the European Union, under several quality assurance systems, including HACCP and GMP, and has been assessed and registered as meeting the ISO 9001:2000 standard and the standards for GMP production of pharmaceuticals. Avemar's fermentation process is patented globally and its manufacturing process is regulated to the strictest standards to ensure that each and every single package of Avemar has the same quality.
There is really no comparison. Pure wheat germ, wheat germ oil, and wheat germ extract powder (often found as an ingredient in "green drinks") may have generally beneficial properties, but such properties are not comparable to that of Avemar's.
Avemar is available in Granulate and tablet form. For more information about these forms, including the differences between them and which would be the best option for your, please continue our Webshop.
